From the moment my husband and I met Jaysin from Night Owls Media to the moment we received our final DVD in the mail the quality of service we received was outstanding. Jaysin was energetic and passionate about his work from the beginning. We found Jaysin randomly while searching for a videographer and decided to take a chance as we didn't have any prior referrals. It was the best chance we took while planning the wedding. We were unsure if we wanted a videographer until we met Jaysin and he designed a package that worked for US. The wedding trailer we received within days of the wedding was nothing short of AMAZING. To say we watched it over and over is an understatement.

He delivered on the wedding video in a way we couldn't have imagined. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows in his work. He was very TIMELY on the delivery of our cinematic edit with special features video which arrived 7 weeks after our wedding and was perfect :)

He was personable throughout the process and very responsive. As a bride having Jaysin reach out to me to confirm details of the wedding more than a month away was refreshing. He was by far my most responsive vendor and brought a smile to everyone that he encountered during the wedding day. Many of our family and friends reached out to tell us how great he was at the wedding and how much they enjoyed the trailer and video.
